With a Smile Foundation
In 1999, seeing the need and extreme poverty in the slums of the Ita Enramada neighborhood of the city of Asunción, which had repercussions on the emergence of children and young people at risk of drug addiction, crime or prostitution, a group of people, moved by love and a spirit of service to others, began to meet the needs of about 70 people, especially children and adolescents. Today, Fundación con una Sonrisa is a recognized charitable institution with legal status, which continues to support hundreds of families and we will continue to do so!
